Your team is going to be the driving force behind your business. They will be the people facing, code writing, and hive brain that help your company run smoothly. There are other things that you can do to help your team be cohesive and productive too. Booking things like teamwork events, evening meals, friends, and family days can all bring a more profound sense of where they fit within the company. Clarifying that, and giving people feedback regularly will change how they tackle work in the future.
