*individual sessions are like seeing a personal trainer once and expecting results overnight, therefore they are not recommended – programs are a much better value!
Add ons: unlimited weekday e-mail support – $200/month

What is coaching like?
Just like athletes hire coaches with the goal to help improve their performance, coaching is much more similar to personal training than therapy. Working with a coach is like having a personal trainer for your mind. You provide the goal(s). I help you get there, faster.
