Dreams: Size Matters

dream-big-up-movie

How big are your dreams? Maybe a better question is how long will your dreams take to accomplish?

Life can be rough and as we get older our dreams tend to shrink in size…why is that?

Disappointment. Failure. Rejection.

No one likes to experience those feelings, but if you dwell in the past, thats’ where you’ll stay. Look at Carl from the movie UP. What he thought he was chasing wasn’t really what he wanted. You and I are inspired by dreamers and when we hear stories of people achieving their dreams it makes us re-evaluate ours.

Today is a new start. Jot down what you want to accomplish in the next year. They can be personal or professional goals, but whatever they are write them down. Now go and share them with someone so they can hold you accountable for your progress. Remember the bigger the dream, the longer it takes to accomplish. No one says to dream small, so stop putting limits on yours.

If you need help join me for this 8-week online bootcamp geared towards work life balance. What does work life balance have to do with your dreams? Everything. If you don’t have the time to work on and complete your dreams, what’s the point of having them in the first place? That’s what we’ll do together, free up time to make your dreams a reality. Sign up and let’s dream big, together.

Planning Your Next Vacation

beach

When’s the last time you went on vacation? When’s your next one planned? Sometimes life happens between trips and you either reminisce about past ones or dream about new ones. There’s nothing wrong with that, but what if life felt like a vacation?

Remember the commercial where two people are laying out in the sand relaxing on a deserted island? Life may never feel like that, but the idea of “freedom” does. Most of us work long hours with the hope one day we’ll be able to sit, relax and spend time with loved ones during retirement. But what if you have limitations when you get older? What current opportunities are you passing up instead of living in the moment? How would you live differently if you knew you were going to die in a year?

Sounds extreme, but it’s not. Money gives us this false sense of security, but it could be taken away as quickly as your health. You have a choice today to spend it the way you want to. No one is in control of it except you. That’s why I designed this 8-week online bootcamp geared towards achieving work life balance. During this course, not only will you learn about “carpe diem,” but you’ll actually live it!

Look Up In the Sky! It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane, It’s…

Skywriter

Did you know that skywriting is usually an advertisement: personal, business or celebratory? It’s kind of like a modern-day status update on your favorite social network. You’re letting the public know something about yourself.

When’s the last time you answered “busy” for the question, “How’ve you been?” We say it like it’s a badge of honor, but why? Does it make us feel more important if we don’t have enough time in the day to do what we want? Seems contradictory doesn’t it?

What if I told you a program could help decrease your “busyness” and give you more control over how you spend your time? How much would that be worth to you? Well that’s why I’ve designed an 8-week online bootcamp geared towards achieving work life balance. Enrolling in this course means you want control of your most valuable currency: time. Get your freedom back and have more free time to do what you want!

I Want You…

Uncle Sam

Time is money. We hire financial advisors to help us manage our money, but who helps us manage our time?

When you look back on your life, the last thing you’ll say is, “I wish I had more money.” But one of the first things you’ll say is: “I wish I had more time to do…”

Freedom isn’t just about liberty, it’s about power of choice. For example, you have the choice to continue down the current path you’re on or create a new one.

That’s why I created this 8-week online bootcamp to help you achieve work life balance. Time isn’t something you can rewind and get back. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. We all have the same amount of time in a day, but there’s extreme variance on how we use it. Let me be your freedom advisor and let’s get your freedom back America!

Ready. Set. Jump!

Are you tired of the daily grind holding you back from pursuing your dreams? Sure, you have bills to pay and responsibilities to fulfill, but what if there was a better way to do it? How much would that solution be worth to you?

You’ll never know what could happen unless you’re willing to make the jump. Break out of the monotony and take the risk. Better to try than to live with regret. I coach people through career transitions all the time, but what my clients really want is much deeper than a new job. They want confidence, control and freedom.

That’s why during this 8-week online bootcamp geared towards achieving work life balance, we’ll discuss personal and professional challenges to ultimately get your freedom back. The investment is minimal when the outcome is optimal. I’ve already made the jump and I want to help you make the jump too!

How Much Is Your Free Time Worth?

Braveheart Freedom

If you’re working, you know how much you make per hour, but do you know how much your free time is worth?

Since time is the most important currency, you need to factor this into your decision making. If you know how much your free time is worth: it will help you decide to skip an activity, pay someone else to help or complete it yourself. Find out the value of your free time here.

Based on that number, how does that influence your decision making moving forward? Controlling my free time is immensely important to me, that’s why I want to help you get your freedom back during this 8-week online bootcamp geared towards achieving work life balance. Join us because can you really put a price time on the investment in your personal freedom? Yes.

With This Ring I Thee Wed

wedding ring

A wedding ring is a symbol of commitment. I remember the day of my wedding when my wife and I exchanged vows/rings. It was a special moment, but we made sure not to get caught up in the ceremony and loose sight of the marriage.

What I mean by that is a lot of couples get caught up in the hype of a fancy wedding where friends and family witness your public display of love for each other. That’s all good, but marriage isn’t as “flashy” as your wedding day, yet much more important. A lot of times we get fooled by the chase of something, but forget the work entailed after it.

Everyone wants to achieve work life balance, but few are willing to commit to the process of maintaining it. That’s why I created this 8-week online bootcamp to help you commit to making lifestyle changes and restoring freedom back in your life. It won’t be easy, but we’re together on this and with other member’s help we’ll make it happen.

Which Comes First: Achievement or Commitment?

drive to achieve

We are goal driven. It’s in our blood to achieve. It’s why we love competition; the reason why games are so addictive. But it’s easy to switch focus like A.D.D. because committing to something/someone takes time.

In our personal and professional lives, we usually make a choice to prioritize one. Focus on your career and your social life suffers. Put an emphasis on relationships and better work opportunities pass you up. It’s a constant battle and if you desire work life balance it’s even harder to achieve.

But if you’re committed to achieving work life balance you’ll make lifestyle changes. In this 8-week online bootcamp, you can join others who share in the same struggle. Together, with some added accountability, you’ll get your freedom back and life will feel like you’re driving on cruise control!

Commitment for Breakfast

Bacon and eggs

Each day when you wake up you have a decision to make: accomplish my goals or do it “tomorrow.” You and I both know what gets pushed off, doesn’t get done. Just like breakfast is your most important meal, commitment is more important than passion.

Mark Cuban famously stated, “Don’t follow your passion, follow your effort!” Everyone has hobbies they want to pursue, but few follow through and do them regularly. Insanity is defined as: doing the same thing over and over, but expecting different results. If you’re life is “out of whack,” you have to try something different or things won’t change.

So if you have physical, emotional or mental challenges that you’d like to overcome, join my 8-week online bootcamp geared towards work life balance and get committed to trying new thing in order to get improved results!

Keep Calm And…

keep calm

Have you ever said something and wish you could take it back? Words come easy, but taking action is hard. What have you been putting off for a long time that is affecting your quality of life?

Out of college, most people dive into their careers regardless if it’s in their study of major, but then you hit a point where your priorities change. It’s harder to meet people and unless you want to try a work fling or an online hookup, panic starts to arise (usually in your 30’s). It’s this ever-changing pendulum called work life balance and it’s hard to keep level.

It’s also nearly impossible to tackle alone, so that’s why I’m leading an 8-week online bootcamp to help you achieve work life balance. Not only will you have the help of others, but you’ll also come out of the program a better version of you! So make the personal investment and sign up now, you won’t regret it!
